3 students spend time and money rehearsing OSCEs and exam preparation books and courses ad nauseam to pass these competencies – having gone through the educational mill to get them into Medschool in the first place – a conveyor belt that encompasses regimented approach to demonstrating commitment flair and individuality
none of this is particularly new and students can hardly be blamed for doing what’s needed but the end result (like much of the modern) is the exact opposite of what the supposed intentions are
its a Stalinist nightmare come true – but there is another way
