I hope that after reading this book you now feel empowered with the knowledge and information needed to get started using 3D printing in your classroom. Feel free to use any of these activities and the many more that can be found on Thingiverse Education. If you do one of the activities click on “I Made One” and share your print and comments on how it went.

Right now we are in a time when 3D printing is starting to become mainstream and most people are aware of it, but the technology isn’t cheap enough or perceived as easy enough to use for everyone to have a 3D printer in their homes. This mixture makes it a perfect time to start using it in classrooms because kids still think it is really cool and get excited over using the technology. Take advantage of this!
