Provide rough estimates of suffering on Earth on any ordinary day this year, figuring out, in terms of intensity, how many episodes of light, medium, and heavy suffering occur in individual organisms. This must be done if we want to start some kind of control over suffering in the world, and we hope it can be done if we use large margins of errors to account for the current lack of data.
