Recollections from childhood
Evoking affections, long term memories,
Acts of infirm thoughts, misunderstood,
Dementia was tied up in knots and miseries.
It appeared like a quiet crisis, settled for centuries.
No voice in those shadows of mind could
Grasp the moment and tomorrows, cross boundaries.

Daffodils wandering,
Emerging from the crowd.
Mystic eyes conquering
Endless sky clouds.
Now the mind floats, pondering
Transitions, illusions allowed
In vacant swirl dancing
An a host breeze around.

Deep solitude of winter years,
Eroded and broken mood,
Melancholy drowns the spirit of any joy,
Ends the hope on the rude horizon.
No remembrance, just confusion,
Trembling thoughts, childhood recalls,
Impossible dreams, nothing understood.
Are we here? Or falling in sleepy streams?
