And we heard that the White House was effectively protecting Trump's convos with Putin using same language they used to protect top advisor convos.

Or iCloud backups, unless Kushner specifically switched them off or used Android. Or a simple forensic search of his phone. There are even consumer utilities that retrieve WhatsApp messages. Certainly there’s no obstacle to WH Counsel providing a clear answer and evidence.
