Dr. Duy Anh Le holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Durham University in Durham, United Kingdom, a Master of Philosophy degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Development Studies, both from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He is currently a Senior Lecturer of Economics at the college of Arts and Sciences, VinUniversity, he was also the Head of Public Policy Department in the Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University and a lecturer at the School of Business and Management, RMIT Vietnam. He has significant experience working as a consultant in development-related projects in Vietnam, funded by both the Vietnamese government and international organizations such as the World Bank, the Asia Development Bank, the Worldwide Fund for Nature. His research has been published in top tier academic journals such as International Journal of Hygiene and Environmental Health, International Journal of Water Resources Development, Journal of Contemporary China, Environmental Science and Policy and Political Geography.

 

Dr. Thu Ha Truong holds a PhD in public policy studies and education economics at Kobe University, a Master’s Degree from International University of Japan. She currently serves as a researcher and lecturer within the Department of Public Policy at the Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Dr. Truong’s primary teaching responsibilities encompass Economics for the Public Sector, Public Policy Analysis, and Development Project Management. Beyond her pedagogical endeavors, Dr. Truong has actively engaged in numerous research undertakings pertaining to education and policy analysis, generously supported by entities such as the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT), UNESCO, and DSIK. Her research pursuits predominantly revolve around the assessment of policy impacts, the dynamics of the green economy, and education economics.

 

Mr. Trung Chinh Dang holds a Bachelor of Management Information System from Academy of Finance and a Master of Philosophy degree in Development Economics from National Economics University. Mr. Trung Chinh Dang is the lecturer and research of Economics Department in the Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University. He has extensive Economics teaching experience with subjects ranging from Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics to Development. He has significant experience working as a consultant in development-related projects in Vietnam, funded by both the Vietnamese government and international organizations.  His research has been published in top tier academic journals such as Political Geography and Applied Spatial Analysis and Policy.
