When deliberative dialogue is required for decision-making within the research team, LIP Core Team and LIP Management Team, the time requirements may vary from ½ hour to a few hours depending on the decisions. We encourage teams to begin to explore deliberative processes and adopt an approach to deliberation that works for them.

When deliberative forums are held, they require a minimum of ½ day up to a full day and should be led by an experienced facilitator.
