308 Donald Trump aka The No Foreign Wars Candidate Strikes Again Augment

UPDATE:

For a few months I’ve been asking why exactly Trump wants an Iran nuclear deal seeing as we had a nuclear deal with Iran and he in his “infitie wisdom” ripped it up in his first term. Indeed while many took this pious wish of his with total seriousness I’d been fairly skeptical that he really wanted a deal. One tell was that Iran was entirely dismissive of his efforts.

One way to frame Trump’s recent alleged sudden interest in resuscitating the Iran nuclear deal he himself ripped up seven years ago is great adventures in question begging. Superficially one might expect me to celebrate it as I criticized Trump sharply when he threw it in the trash in 2018. Again that’s the superficial take.  For me there are these multiple begging questions to answer before I even get to the question of wether or not this is a welcome development or not.

The first question is why does Trump ALLEGEDLY-anything Trump himself says is alleged sorry when you are as great a pathological liar as he is I’m takin nothing he says himself at face value without getting independent corroboration that is signed, notarized, and sealed.
