Let’s raise the specter: Clinton and Epstein. After all MAGA’s Epstein obsession has been centered on Clinton’s relationship with Epstein. I am skeptical however that Clinton himself engaged in pedophilia-and there’s been no evidence that he has. There is that one picture of him getting a neck massage but the young woman in that picture was 22. As we saw above while you can quite plausibly argue Clinton’s affair with Lewinsky was unwise and that he should have said no it’s also clear he did not act in a predatory way. Nothing we know about Clinton fits a pattern of coercing women or engaging with underage girls-which neither Epstein or Trump can say. As Seth Abramson notes the primary basis of their relationship appears to be Clinton was seeking money for the Clinton Foundation-in a time Epstein was trying to reinvent himself as a philanthropist.

What does seem more plausible to me is that he was entrapped-after all as the truth has come out about Epstein the simple association became embarrassing. This is what Epstein actually did-forge relationships with powerful people and politicians then entrap these powerful people and politicians.

What’s not at all plausible is the Warren Commision kind of theory-that he got all these ties to business and political leaders because Wexler liked socializing with him-aka a “Lone Nut” with good social skills, much less a lone nut with good social skills who just happened to sexually violate hundreds of children on during his time off.  It’s like when Michael Flynn and Jill Stein sitting at the same table with Putin at that Moscow conference was dismissed as happenstance.

You don’t just wonder into the same room and eat at the same table as Vladimir Putin by happenstance nor do you just happen to amass the level of money, social and political connections Epstein had just because one guy thought you were a charming dinner companion. As for the notion he was this financial dynamo this just as dubious considering there’s no evidence whatsoever of his financial wizardry-where are the receipts that confirm this?

It’s very plausible indeed likely that Epstein had intelligence ties-likely many with governments around the world.

The Mossad theory has gained traction—especially after Tucker Carlson’s public speculation4. But former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett forcefully denied it4. Others argue Epstein was more likely a U.S. intelligence asset, using Israeli ties as a smokescreen.

Either way, the architecture is clear:

• Epstein operated at the nexus of money, surveillance, and power.

There’s no way to plausibly answer these three questions with kind of Warrenesque  cum Occam’s Razor cum Hanlon’s Razor kind of explanation the Savvy pundits prefer-“conspiracies are unpossible” just like you can’t make sense of Oswald’s actions by handwaving him away with the words “lone nut.”

CODA: Whitne Webb just made the point in her new interview with Peter McCormack yesterday that it’s not terribly plausible that the US government suddenly in 2019 decided that Epstein’s crimes with underage girls was just too terrible-after all they’d already known this for years-what changed?

Nevertheless, one problem with Webb who is very knowledgeable on this subject and has done such excellent work is her typical “bipartisan” cum “nonpartisan” sort of “both sides are bad” so “a pox on both your houses” perspective-she says she doubts the files will be released as “neither party” really wants it released.

Ok-but this ignores the fact that the Democrats have all voted to release the files many times. What is the argument-that they don’t really want them to release the even though they have voted to do so multiple times? That would assume they’re counting on the GOP to obstruct the release. So no matter how you want to look at it it’s the Republican party which is obstructing their release the Democrats who have voted for their release.

Even the other day while I have no problem giving credit to Thomas Massey and God help us even MTG for voting for the discharge petition that still left the numbers at 212 Democrats along with four Republicans voting for release.

The “this is not a partisan issue” refrain is very popular but often than not it actually undermines the search for truth rather than illuminates it-as the GOP is the fascist party that has destroyed the country while the Dems can be criticized mostly for not fighting back much harder-and I do criticism them a lot in that regard. But this “both sides are bad they’re all just politicians” notion is a canard. But for all her excellent research and work, Ms. Webb came to this subject from a background of anti Clinton oppo so she still can’t admit that in reality Epstein’s relationship with Trump went far deeper than Clinton’s-they were best friends for at least 13 years.

But MAGA has focused mostly on Clinton-of course he’s a Democrat even if he was President 30 years ago rather than Trump. As Seth Abramson points out:

While this report doesn’t dwell much on Epstein’s untimely death, this Introduction must note that, in addition to all the foregoing, it was while Epstein was in Donald Trump’s custody that a host of missteps appears to have attended that untimely death: cameras that were supposed to be operational but weren’t; guards who were supposed to be on duty but weren’t; logs that were supposed to be kept but weren’t; prisoner transfers that weren’t supposed to happen but did; in short, the core facts of Epstein’s death have not surprisingly birthed a whole generation of Donald Trump supporters who ardently believe that the man was murdered.

I do agree with Webb that this story in a sense amounts to the revelation that the world is run by an international cartel. But nevertheless I don’t believe that seeing it as simply a nonpartisan story of elite corruption brings more clarification but less. It’s a story of elite corruption but partisanship is a crucially important variable that without it your understanding of it remains one dimensional-kind having a model of the earth of the flat earthers.

In the US the Republican party is run by sociopaths who will commit any crime to achieve their partisan aims-I have yet to see the crime they won’t commit including covering for pedophiles in their own party while the Democrats are “institutionalist” to a fault. Her mistake is to see the parties as equal when they are very unequal.

She’s certainly right to dismiss the idea that suddenly the US government was outraged by it’s own sweetheart deal it gave Epstein 12 years ago and wanted to readdress a wrong. That doesn’t pass the laugh test. However she fails to even consider that Donald Trump ran the US government at that time with his AG being Bill Barr-as we will see in the next section Barr’s father could have been the one who actually recruited Epstein.

After reading Abramson’s documentation of why Trump and Epstein really fell out it becomes a lot more clear that Trump himself had a major interest in seeing Epstein disappear that Epstein was a very inconvenient man-Michael Wolff documents that Bannon had said Epstein was the one thing he feared could destroy Trump and Epstein himself related how fearful he was of Trump once he became President particularly after seeing how vindictively Trump had bought out Wexner’s Florida home from under Epstein out of simple spite-the same tendency that led Trump to take pleasure in sleeping with his friends wives.

Section: But How Did Epstein Come to “Belong to Intelligence?”

Which is what Acosta had said about him in failing to get a tougher sentence against him in 2008-‘I was told Epstein belongs to intelligence.’

Cochran makes a compelling case that it goes back to-Bill Barr’s dad. It was Donald Barr who got Epstein his first job in 1974 despite many compelling qualifications.

“In 1974, Jeffery Epstein was 21 years old. He had no degree. Apart from being known as a smart smooth talker – Epstein had no notable qualifications of any kind. And yet, that didn’t stop him suddenly getting a job offer. That year, a man named Donald Barr, offered him a job teaching at the prestigious Dalton School, an elite, private, college prep school in New York.”

To be honest this was not new information for me. Or the fact that Donald Barr was apparently a sadistic sex pervert at least based on his book.

Hmmm… Seems rather too on the nose in a few ways. Arguably this intergalactic empire run by aristocrats is Donald Trump’s America. Seems it was kind of a manifesto for Bill Barr’s dad. Also arguably the “practice of kidnapping humans to become illegal playthings of the galaxy’s super-rich” was Epstein’s stock and trade. Was this what Daddy Barr saw in the 24 year old Epstein?

Because what is new is Cochran’s compelling suggestion that Donald Barr might be who initially got Epstein into intelligence.

It’s a job Epstein didn’t keep for long. He was fired 2 years later for “poor performance” after multiple reports of making unwanted sexual advances towards young women and showing up at student parties and drinking with young girls. But while twisted, that’s perhaps the least interesting thing about his time at Dalton School. What stands out more is the headmaster who hired Epstein, Donald Barr. Prior to his time at Dalton, Donald Barr was an officer in the “Office of the Strategic Services”

“The OSS had many divisions, but under Bill Donovan, a lawyer and Columbia Alumni, it’s R&A department, and its counter espionage department (X-2) used Columbia as a main recruitment hub (Entry 16 – “Research & Analysis (R&A) Branch, Administrative & Personnel Records”)

“Dalton’s now declassified guides for operatives, list training and methods in: -Morale operations and blackmail -Cultivating and manipulating contacts -Focusing on powerful people -Creating/planting evidence -And luring with sexual vices Sound familiar?”

When you consider where Epstein went subsequent to his short time at Dalton it suggests that what got him into the financial world wasn’t his acumen but rather his social ties:

“After getting fired from Dalton, Epstein was tutoring, Ted Greenberg, and allegedly dating his sister Lynne Greenberg. These were the children of partner and later CEO of Bear Sterns, Alan Greenberg (which eventually became part of JPMorgan Chase)”

At the request of his then girlfriend none other than Alan Greenspan got him a job at Bear Stearns-despite no qualifications for finance:

“At the request of Lynne, Alan Greenspan gave Epstein a job at the firm, despite him having no formal credentials. By 1980, smooth talking Epstein had somehow worked his way up to Limited Partner, something that was rare even by Bear’s standards.”

Again I don’t see why we need presume Epstein only dealt with one intel agency.  As Tara Palmieri documents Epstein could have been a “hyper fixer.”

For years, journalists have tried to get to the bottom of Epstein’s intelligence connections to understand his access and ability to escape charges for one of the most grotesque crimes imaginable. Former CIA officer John Sipher, a 28-year veteran in clandestine service who worked overseas under diplomatic cover to recruit foreign sources with access to high-level secrets like Iranian nuclear officials and Kremlin insiders, explained that the CIA collects foreign intelligence on foreign targets from foreign nationals — and can’t use Americans, unless they volunteer information.”

Sipher pointed out that people typically get the lingo wrong when speaking about intelligence agencies: a “spy” is typically an analyst, working directly with the government, like what he did. He would “run” foreign agents, but the CIA cannot compel Americans, like Epstein, to talk. Only the FBI can. Of course, volunteering information would certainly put Epstein on the good side of the law — although they would never admit it. If anything, Sipher said, Epstein could have been a “hyper-fixer,” someone with the connections who can open doors anywhere.

What Epstein’s Bodyguard Warned About His CIA Connections

Doors certainly seemed to be opened to him anywhere.

Clearly, a person of great value to law enforcement communities across the world. He added that Epstein would be “too risky to touch” because of his criminality.”

Which is what happened. He wasn’t prosecuted. His federal charges went from 60 to zero, with Epstein charged with just two counts in a state case — one for solicitation of prostitution and another for solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18 — despite as many as a thousand victims.

There is precedent for leveraging criminals. Boston mob boss Whitey Bulger murdered people while feeding the FBI intel on the Italian mafia. Epstein could have been doing a lighter version of the same thing — trading in gossip on high-net-worth individuals rather than missile systems. A former CIA analyst told me it’s common for sources to peddle information to multiple agencies.

“If Epstein was selling the same intel to the Brits, the Mossad, and us, we’d coordinate to stop him before he got himself killed,” Sipher said. And the motivation for peddling this information could be money, ideology, or personal grievance, but it certainly helps to be a useful volunteer to law enforcement when your day in court comes.

Again Palmieri argues he could have been a sort of hyper fixer for the CIA-not unlike Whitey Bulger who was killing people while informing for the FBI:

UPDATE: About Epstein’s Purported Israeli Connections

A. One former Israeli spook who has made a fascinating  case that Epstein had Israeli ties is Ari-Ben Menasche who indeed claimed he was at one point the handler of both Epstein and Ghislaine:

The deceased American financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell were Israeli spies who used underage girls to blackmail politicians into giving information to Israel, according to their alleged Mossad handler.

The couple reportedly ran a “honey-trap” operation in which they provided young girls to prominent politicians from around the world for sex, and then used the incidents to blackmail them in order to attain information for Israeli intelligence.

The claims are being made by the alleged former Israeli spy Ari Ben-Menashe in a soon-to-be-released book “Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales” in which he said that he was the handler of Ghislaine’s father Robert Maxwell, who was also an Israeli espionage agent and was the one who introduced his daughter and Epstein to Mossad.

“See, f**king around is not a crime. It could be embarrassing, but it’s not a crime,” Menashe wrote in the book. “But f**king a fourteen-year-old girl is a crime. And he was taking photos of politicians f**king fourteen-year-old girls—if you want to get it straight…They [Epstein and Maxwell] would just blackmail people like that.”

Section: Coincidences Take a Lot of Planning.

Ben-Menasche is one of those figures  that the Savvy Mainstream loves to dismiss as “shadowy” as his stories are so inconvenient to many in power but over time many of his allegations have held up pretty well-Canadian intelligence for one was able to corroborate many of his claims in the 1990s. It’s important to recall that Ben-Menasche first came to wide public attention in his book alleging the October Surprise conspiracy between the Reagan-Bush campaign and Iran’s Ayatollah to delay the release of the Iran hostages until after the election.

Here you can’t but quote Malcolm Nance coincidences take a lot of planning. It’s hard to think of anything more convenient than when Iran released the hostages literally 20 minutes after Reagan was sworn in January 20, 1981. Indeed, the family resemblance to what happened on January 18, 2025 is so great I will go to the grave believing that Trump and Bibi had a similar deal-that Netanyahu agreed not to do a ceasefire or hostage deal until after the election when hopefully Trump won the election.

CODA: That Netanyahu was willing to delay the release of his own people tells you everything you need to know about him but then this was nothing new-he’d had a chance to get back all the hostages early-at least a few family members of the hostages have revealed-but wasn’t interested-as endless war in Gaza was the only way he could remain in power.

After October 7 almost everyone in Israel quite reasonably blamed Bibi for the most deadly attack inside Israel in its history. His numbers were completely in the tank with a massive supermajority over 70% disapproving. Almost everyone felt he should step down after the war in Gaza ended. And there was the paradox. So Bibi’s salvation was obvious-never end the war in Gaza.

So Ari-Menasche was never exactly someone the mainstream media was a fan of-after all they were “fatigued” by Iran-Contra by 1990-as opposed to Whitewater in the 1990s, Emailgate Circa 2016 or Biden’s health Circa 2024.

Not only did Ari-Menasche argue that Iran-Contra was just one episode in the larger October Surprise scandal-in fact Reagan-Bush had continued to send arms to Iran for the next five years-but he revealed that the cause of the Iran-Contra scandal was anger on the part of Israel that Reagan-Bush had also been sending arms to Iraq.

CODA: Ari_Menasche to be sure was not the first to write about the October Surprise-previously there had been Barbara Honegger a former member of the Reagan Administration, Newsweek journalist Robert Parry and Jimm Carter’s former National Security Advisor, Gary Sick.

Each one of these previous writers brought a different perspective-Honegger a former Reagan official, Parry a former mainstream reporter-his dogged focus on the October Surprise would lead to his being blackballed from the Savvy mainstream club.

SIDEBAR: Seth Abramson notes the cautious, conservative tendencies of the mainstream press:

What was America’s media enterprise afraid of? Litigation? Possibly. In short, it wanted the eyeballs discussion of salacious topics brings (see profit motive) without opening itself up to discussing with specificity what the fuss was about (respectability politics).”

Note he was speaking specifically of the mainstream media’s silence about Epstein in 2016. Of course the press has been similarly quiescent about Epstein here in 2025. As he points out while a big part of the timidity and caution is fear of losing their public microphone, fittingly the mainstream media has been losing it precisely because of its timidity and caution.

Garry Sick was Carter’s National Security Advisor. Ben-Menasche OTOH came from Israeli intelligence.

He would also die widely suspected (see here, here, here, and here for more discussion of this) of being an Israeli (Mossad) or even American (CIA) intelligence asset (from the New York Times, by way of example: “There’s a famous secondhand quote from [former Trump Secretary of Labor and original Epstein prosecutor Alex] Acosta, where he was reportedly told—by someone else in the first Trump administration—to back off Epstein because Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’”).

If Clinton was compromised—whether by Epstein, Mossad, or U.S. intelligence—it would explain a lot:

Hasan loves to declare he’s not afraid of multipolarity. Neither was Hitler-if his Nazi Germany had won the war we’d have been living in a multipolar world. If Hasan doesn’t find that “multipolar” world scary what does it say about him? The irony is do you know who else doesn’t fear multipolarity: Bibi Netanyahu to the contrary he relishes it.

Indeed, this was the kernel of truth when folks were shocked to discover Hinkle had once extolled Netanyahu alongside Putin as being members of the multipolarity. That was quite shocking-but in retrospect perfectly true. That Putin would dream of the end of US hegemony is hardly surprising though it’s stunning to see how successful he has been-at least to those who still refuse to understand the Mueller did NOT prove collusion didn’t happen.

But Israel?! Isn’t Israel our ally? I would argue not really. We seem to think they’re our ally but they know differently in reality Israel is more like our client state-though only the US fails to realize this.’

Section: The Paradox of “Our Israeli Allies”

Two big paradoxes are

A. They’re not our allies

B. They don’t actually like US hegemony either any more than Russia does. They need our perpetual arms and political support they can very much do without our hegemony aka the post 1945 US led liberal rules based order.

CODA: That they’re not our allies was sort of hinted at when they allegedly y sunk the USS Liberty deliberately.

But there’s a real contradiction in the very notion of “liberal Zionism” of liberal support of Isarel as Israel is not a liberal project but a project of Jewish Supremacy. Section: What Putin-Netanyahu and the Republican Party Have in Common is Mortal Fear and Dread of US Democracy

In 1992 there was great consternation over Clinton’s victory in many Far Right authoritarian circles. Three such circles was the FBI who baselessly accused Clinton of dirty politics against their guy. George Bush Sr, the Republican party itself-though in speaking of the FBI AND the GOP is kind of redundant as this book will make clear; after all there’s never been a Democratic director in the FBI’s now 117 year history.

A. The Republican Party: By 1992 the GOP felt pretty much entitled to the Presidency seeing how dominant they’d been the previous 24 years-they had won their last four elections by a minimum of 41 states and 426 votes. Twice they’d won 49 out of 50 states in 12 years.

Still with Clinton’s near landslide win in 1992 they were absolutely freaking out. There was fear that they would never get the WH back. This panic wasn’t necessarily ill-founded. Think about it: we discuss this in Chapter Moving On but Clinton’s victory in 1992 would begin a cycle where the Democrats won the popular vote seven out of eight elections in the next 28 years.

Now this mortal fear of the GOP in 1992 might seem overblown considering that in just two years they’d win back the House for the first time in 40 years in 1994. However two things that have gotten very little discussion is the fact that of gerrymandering in the House and the undemocratic makeup of the Senate where the GOP would go years without representing a majority of voters after 1996.

But this brings us back to Clinton Derangement Syndrome or as I called it above the Operating System of Trumpism. In 1992 they couldn’t beat the Democrats in the marketplace of ideas as their ideas are so toxic so they went all in on personal demonization of the Clintons. This has been very successful to say the least as the Clintons representing this kind of transcendental ahistorical evil for large parts of not just the Far Right but the Bernie or Buster Tankie Left.

SideBar: hWe will now get into the next circle that freaked out over Clinton in 1992-we won’t discuss the FBI as it’s basically an arm of the Republican party. We will just note here that Epstein was an informant for GOPland I mean the FBI.

B. The other circle that freaked out over Clinton was Israel elite circles particularly Likud. Why? because again, what the GOP and Likud share along with Putin is the mortal fear and dread that America democracy ever make a comeback-after having it undermined and obstructed for the last-now 57 years going back to 1968 when Nixon scuttled LBJ’s peace talks then blackmailed Abe Fortas off the SJC after the election.

Section: The First Thing You Have to Understand About Israel is That US Policy Has Always Been Cucked by Israel and it’s Vital for Israel That it Remain That Way.

The rather shocking fact that US policy has always been cucked to Israel goes back to its founding in 1948 when Truman on a personal level had serious reservatoins with the idea of a theocratic “Jewish State” and his State Department had serious geopolitical concerns that it would harm US interests but ultimately Truman caved after the Zionist lobby threatened to tell Ny Jews to vote for Dewey.

So it’s certainly plausible that Epstein was sent to entrap Clinton just so as to further sully his name-the GOP Congress and Republican Louis Freeh at the FBI spent seven years going everything to destroy the Clinton’s good name. But Epstein could have been another track for the same CDS project.

When he said this with such unembarrassed entitlement in 2002 in a conversation with settlers was he thinking of that time he’s alleged to have blackmailed Clinton over Monica Lewinsky?

A. According to the book Gideon’s Spies Netanyahu’s Israel used the Moncia Lewinsky Scandal to Blackmail Clinton.

Now to lay my cards on the table a major reason I tend to suspect that Epstein may have entrapped Clinton on behalf of Israel is not so much inductive as deductive where I look at both long historical pattern and precedent and always keep the crucial question of qui bono-who benefits?

When I suggested above that perhaps the FBI and Israel intelligence may have worked on this project of using Epstein to entrap or blackmail Clinton I was making a deductive argument-both the FBI and Israel fear nothing more than the very idea of democracy in America and have a generalized antipathy for the Democratic party.

The idea that in 1992 Israel felt this way may not see obvious as Clinton really did fall all over himself to ingratiate himself to Israel using the riff between George Bush Sr and his Secretary State Howard Baker and the Israeli leadership as an opportunity to pander to Israel. Nevertheless Clinton’s sucking up to Israel in 1992 was sort of Quixotic like when the Democrats suck up to the FBI despite the fact that the FBI has always preferred the Republican party-as every Director in its history as in fact been a Republican. The problem with the Democrats is no matter how much in fact they cuck themselves to Israel at the end of the day they are at least in principle committed to the two state solution. Israel certainly under Likud-which has dominated Israel since 1977 congenitally prefers Republicans pretty much no matter what.

Ultimately because Israel needs US sport in a way which is metaphysical it can’t risk democracy in the US.

But no doubt most Savvy pundits have no use or even understanding of deductive logic as they have no memory for anything that happened beyond this Tuesday-unless it’s some real or imagined sin of Hillary Clinton. So they might well find the idea of Israel and the FBI being on the same side on Epstein “implausible.”

Yet there are some fascinating passages in Gideon’s Spies where Israel quite plausibly figured the FBI also had info on Lewinsky back in 1997.

ISRAEL blackmailed President Clinton with phone-tapped tapes of his steamy sex talks with Monica Lewinsky, a blockbuster new book charges.

The price Clinton paid for the silence of the Mossad spy agency was calling off an FBI hunt for a top-level Israeli mole allegedly installed at the White House.

The allegation appears in “Gideon’s Spies – The Secret History of the Mossad,” written by respected author Gordon Thomas and due out next week.”

This book clearly was written in the late 1990s. In fact Ken Starr would question Lewinsky specifically about Mossad and the belief Clinton had warned her they were investigating.

Lewinsky testified under oath that after a session of heavy petting and oral sex in the White House, Clinton told her that a foreign embassy was tapping the two phone lines in her D.C. apartment.

She said Clinton advised her that if she was questioned about their phone-sex sessions she should claim that they knew their calls were being bugged – and were joking to make the phone-tappers look silly.

Starr did not pursue the matter, as far as the public record shows, and Lewinsky apparently accepted Clinton’s story without asking for details.

But author Thomas says Danny Yatom, Mossad inspector general, succeeded in tapping Lewinsky’s phone and amassed some 30 hours of sexually explicit conversations between the president and Lewinsky.

Thomas says Tel Aviv used the tapes to stop the probe of an operative code-named “MEGA,” who was, and could still be, deep within the White House.

“So far as anyone knows, the Israeli agent MEGA – a much more important spy than the imprisoned CIA traitor Jonathan Pollard, and probably his controller – is still in place at the White House,” Thomas said last night from London.

“There was a flurry of high-profile counterintelligence activity which lasted as long as the bioleverage” – that is, blackmail – “took to work.”

Israel would ultimately use their intel on Lewinsky to bully the FBI into dropping the investigation of MEGA-it had accurately guess the FBI also knew about Lewinsky.

Israel’s Committee for Central Intelligence, meeting in emergency session, decided to play dirty by exploiting Monica’s steamy chats as a way of protecting their White House “asset,” Thomas said.

“FBI counterintelligence, which had also been taping Monica’s calls, got the message and decided to go back off,” the Welsh-born author claims.

So while my deductive argument that the FBI and israel intel may have both backed Epstein entrapping Clinton may or may not be true, they did end up working on the same track regarding Lewinsky and this ultimately worked to protect a highly placed mole in the White House-that is to say the FBI and Israel worked to an agreement that was damaging to US national security. I would argue that’s par for the course in the alleged “very special relationship” between US and Israel-it generally redounds against US interests.

Putting aside the speculation above about Epstein and then Lewinsky-it’s not actually speculation regarding Lewinsky, Ken Starr asked Lewinsky on the witness stand-after he’d entrapped her into a perjury charge. Remember when Trump refused to speak to Mueller under the premise it was a “perjury trap”? Again everything with the not so Grand Old Party-though they are grandly evil and corrupt-is projection. Whenever they make their latest absurd accusations against the Democrats you can fairly surmise they’re doing it themselves. Now this has even been true regarding the Biden Heatlh Furor.

The three times? 1980, 2016, and 2024. Regarding 1980 the October Surprise of Reagan-Bush is widely admitted-as we will see in Chapter The Unreported Background even Roger Stone admitted this in book about the 2016 election though of course he absolves Reagan of any wrongdoing making it sound like it was all Bush Sr’s idea-which has some resonance as Bush had run the CIA just a few years ago at the time and Reagan much of the time was living in a dream world

Suffice it to say Israel certainly had the motive to entrap Clinton. As it’s quite likely that Epstein was their asset and that the FBI also hated Clinton they also had the means and opportunity.

What’s undeniable today, however, is that US foreign policy is entirely cucked, completely compromised by Donald Trump to the benefit of Jackson Hinkle’s mutlipolarity buddies: Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu.

Talk about life coming at you fast! When I criticized Webb above for her very common “nonpartisan” “this is not a partisan issue” gloss I hadn’t watched her entire video. While I argued that partisanship is an important variable in this “international cartel that runs the world” she actually does utilize this variable herself in the part of the video that discusses Epstein’s relationship with Clinton starting around 1:20. While in principle she may insist this is not a partisan story she acknowledges it in the case of my suggestion that Epstein could have been sent to entrap Clinton by Israel.

I was rather astonished when I got to around the 1:25 mark to discover Webb agrees with me-or I agree with her LOL.

As we saw above this was exactly my premise as well-that it was Democrats who would need to be targeted to make sure they don’t try to actually operationalize their stated belief in a Palestinian state.

A big question is if this is true how much has Israel been able to change US policy thanks to blackmailing Clinton and other Democrats? In the case of Monica Lewinsky which Webb also discusses quite a lot. She documents Epstein giving money to some people who were negotiators on the Oslo Accord:

Section: Was Clinton’s Impeachment Orchestrated by Israel?

But the notion that Israel knew about Lewinsky FIRST is rather stunning. After all Lewinsky was the smoking gun where Ken Starr and Friends were able to do what they’d wanted to do during the five year fishing expedition and impeach Clinton. It was always about a conviction in search of a crime. Now it turns out that Netanyahu gave Starr and Friends the rationale? This goes on the worst fears and fantasies of those who have suggested Israel directs US foreign policy.

And how much has changed in US politics because of Clinton’s impeachment. There’s a very good argument that if not for impeachment which so sullied the Clinton brand in the minds of many Hillary would have been President. Imagine the US today in the parallel universe where Trump was never President where Hillary had just stepped down after two terms in 2024. We’d be talking about a much better country.

CODA: What’s not widely understood is that Clinton had considered proposing UBI in 2016 that’s where she and liberal policy wonks in her circle were then-which would be very helpful in dealing with the underlining problems which got us here-the long wage epidemic the country has dealt with starting in the 1970s.

But Israel couldn’t have it-the American people can’t have democracy as it’s inconvenient for Netanyahu’s Israel. And of course our own Republican party. And Putin.

Webb also discusses the fact that Clinton was basically bullied into the Marc Rich pardon by  Michael Steinhart. Which underscores yet again how successful Israel has been in shaping US policy.

After coming across this I almost felt I owed her an apology but not quite as even though she noted the importance of partisanship in this important case she doesn’t take this point to its logical conclusion. Indeed she nevertheless goes on to insist that ‘Russiagate was a Deep State Hoax’ to ‘entrap President Trump,’

It’s amazing she can have so much knowledge and excellent analysis on so much and yet believe this Trump cum GOP co-conspirator canard on the other hand. She also suggests Bill Brennan might have had a hand in murder?! Which I suppose fit with the GOP canard that the Deep State setup Trump-Brennan being another timeless villain post 2016. Anything but admit the truth of 2016 and about Trump and Russia.

After discussing the Rich pardon-which ironically became another fishing expedition for the GOP with none other than James Comey leading it for years at the SDNy she then undermines her point by comparing it to other “bad pardons” like Biden pardoning Hunter-which for the record was actually a good pardon.. After all, even David Weisman himself at one point admitted that Hunter would never have been prosecuted if his last name wasn’t Biden-ie it was politically motivated. What makes the Marc Rich pardon particularly egregious is the fact that it was dictated by a foreign power that had blackmail information on the President NOT simply because it was a bad or questionable pardon-which every President has done at least according to who you ask.

As for Bill Brennan I’m aware of no information that suggests he had a role in Epstein’s death though the motivation Webb suggests might even make it defensible: Brennan was pissed because Epstein was instrumental in in MBS’ rise to power in Saudi Arabia. For me the real scoop isn’t the dubious aspersions cast at Brennan another cartoon GOP villain but that Epstein was instrumental in the rise of MBS. This once again underscores that Epstein was a force for keeping the world safe for authoritarianism-in the US, in Israel, in Russia, and in Saudi Arabia. Remember the righteous anger after MBS had tortured and murdered Khashoggi? Which has long been memoryholed since? Business as usual in our rapidly emerging authoritarian world.

Watching further into Whitney Webb: EPSTEIN, Intelligence & the Global Network of Power, around the 1:23:00 mark, Webb makes it explicit:

• Israel had motive to entrap Clinton and other Democrats
• Republicans didn’t need blackmail—they already didn’t care about Palestinians
• Epstein was deployed to target those who might, in principle, resist Israeli impunity

This isn’t just alignment—it’s confirmation.  So it turns out that Webb’s framing mirrors m own-or mine mirrors hers own: → Strategic entrapment → Political sabotage → Intelligence choreography
