This Open Education Resource (OER) project is a gift to all nursing students as a centralized location for information utilized in Nursing and Management courses. Previous anecdotal feedback from students gave faculty the desire to create this OER to remove the cost associated with purchasing a textbook. Furthermore, the authors wanted to allow students access to relevant and authentic information related to the rapidly changing careers in health care. By providing a centralized location to access current information, we hope to improve upon the retention of course content and increase skills needed in rapidly changing career pathways in health care.
