Information Sorting Follow-Up Activity
After students have played the Fool Me Once chapter of A Day in the Life of the Jos game, project, play the MediaSmarts video below on Information Sorting, or have students watch on their devices from the Information Sorting Video and Activity chapter in the student material.
Now that students have an understanding of companion reading and close reading, students will complete an activity in which they evaluate which one Jo and Josie were using in each scenario of the Fool Me Once chapter. You may choose to have students email a screenshot of their score for marking purposes.
