The Ancestry and FamilySearch Databases were used extensively during this research.

Ancestry

The Ancestry World Class Membership is required to access most of the records found in this research.

This databases provide transcribed/translated abstracts of the documents. Many of these records do not have complete dates. The document images currently are limited to civil documents after 1875.

FamilySearch

The FamilySearch database requires being logged in with a free membership account but many of the documents can be read only at a FamilySearch Research Center or logged in with an LDS member account.

This database provides transcribed/translated abstracts of church documents and images of most of the documents. Many of these records do not have complete dates.

Using the Databases

The Ancestry databases were used to find likely candidates – these database record abstracts were copied to this research notebook.

The FamilySearch database was searched for the corresponding and new candidates and the located candidate records with images were copied into this notebook.
