This book would not have been possible without the excellent technical assistance of Mahiro Noda. Mahiro is a Biological Chemistry major with concentrations in Neuroscience and Policy studies. Mahiro was born in Japan and moved to Thailand when she was 12.  She plans to graduate from Grinnell College in May of 2026 and is interested in a career in neuroscience research and science-related public policy.
