Open Education Global
CCCOER is a division of Open Education Global (OEG), a member-based, global, non-profit whose mission is to promote, support and advance open education around the world. They envision a world where everyone, everywhere has access to the high-quality education and training they desire; where education is seen as an essential, shared, and collaborative social good.

OEG Connect
OEG Connect is an online community space for open educators everywhere. Join members to create a welcoming space for the exchange of ideas, resources, and projects, but also to directly connect with practitioners and experts interested in advancing the value proposition of open education.
Anyone can join OEG Connect, this includes educators, organizations, foundations, corporate enterprises, and governments that support the open education community.
As a CCCOER – OEG member benefit, you and anyone at your organization have access to a special area called “M2M” (Member to Member) for communicating, sharing, and collaborating directly with other OEG members.

Open Education Week
Open Education Week is a global event that seeks to raise awareness of free and open sharing in education and the benefits they bring to teachers and learners. Occurring every year during the first week of March, and coordinated by Open Education Global, the event showcases projects, resources, and ideas from around the world that demonstrate open education in practice.
Open Education Awards
The Open Education Awards for Excellence provide annual recognition to outstanding contributions in the Open Education community. Award categories are reviewed each year to make sure they are current, relevant, and reflect the emerging innovations in the Open Education movement.
Together we stand for a world of openness where knowledge is openly and freely accessible. The Open Education Global acknowledges these efforts, alliances, and collaborations.
Open Education Global Conference
The Open Education Global Conference is where the world meets to discuss how opening education helps us achieve universal access, equity, innovation, and opportunity in education. It is the most internationally diverse conference devoted exclusively to open education, attracting researchers, practitioners, policymakers, educators, and students from more than 35 countries to discuss and explore how Open Education advances educational practices around the world.
