MRS. J. H. KIRMSE ALVA.—Funeral services for Mrs. J H. Kirmse, 40, who died in the Achenbach Memorial Hospital at Hardtner Kan., Tuesday, were Friday in the Zion Lutheran church with Rev. Otto Hoyer officiating. Burial was In the Lutheran cemetery. She was born Sept. 22, 1906. Platte Center. Neb.
For the past to years, she had made her home on a farm southeast of Alva, moving here from Lahorna.
Survivors include her husband, three children. Bill[Dale]. Donna Mae and Judy Ann; her mother, Mrs. Clara Brunken of Alva: two brothers Alvin Brunken of Oklahoma City; Harold Brunken of Lahoma; two sisters. Mrs Leona Lindorfer of Blackwell and Mrs. Mildred Kletke of Alva.
MRS, JULIA KIRMSE CLAIMED BY DEATH
Mrs. Julia Kirmse, 40, of Alva, formerly of Lahoma, died Tuesday following a lingering illness in a hospital at Hartner, Kans.
Mrs. Kirmse will be remembered as the former Hilda Brunken of Lahoma. She was a member of the Lutheran church and was born at Platte Center, Neb.
She had resided at Alva for the past 10 years.
Survivors include her husband of the home; two daughters, Donna Mae, three, and Judy Ann, 10 months; one son, Dale, nine; her mother, Mrs. Clara Brunken, Alva; two sisters, Mrs. Marten Kletke, Alva, and Mrs. H. J.. Lindorfer of Blackwell; two brothers, Harold Brunken of Lahoma and Alvin Brunken of Oklahoma City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at the Lutheran church at Alva with Rev. Otto HoYer in charge and burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery.
The Hill funeral home at Alva is caring for the body.
