OBITUARY
Marshall was born to Everett Alfred and Genivie Erma (Irons) Frazier in the Alva General Hospital. He had a younger brother, Louis M. Frazer.
Marshall was a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University. He and his first wife, Donna owned a Computer Assisted Business Service in Austin, Texas. He had a Ph.D in Physics and Math. from the University of Texas at Austin. He was named to American Men and Women in 1977 and Who’s Who in the South and Southwest in 1980-1981.
He was married to Donna Kirmse at the Methodist Church in Kiowa, Kansas on January 4, 1964. To this union two children were born: Amber Joy Frazer (1969-1972) and Dana Renee Frazer. He and Donna divorced on June 28, 1994.
He and Elaine Corporon were married January 2, 1997, in Travis County, Texas.
He was 56 years old at the time of his death.
