YouTube also has some videos available online if there isn’t a local Buti Yoga group. Simply search for “Buti Yoga”.

They also sometimes offer nutrition classes as well. To find a YMCA close to you, you can try googling “YMCA near me”.

Obé Fitness https://obefitness.com/

This is an online workout program that offers both live and on demand classes from yoga, stretching, and pilates to hiit, dance and cardio boxing (my personal favorite). The live classes are fun because they have some sort of roster of the people joining the class so you might get a shout out, and they do fun themed classes (like all Britney Spears music). Then most of the classes go to an on-demand library. Most classes are 30 minutes long, so an easy commitment.

15 Minute Calming Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Relief-  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nw2oBIrQGLo

While this is just one of many yoga videos on youtube, it is one of the best exercises for stress relief. The best part about yoga is it can be as short or long as you want with many difficulty levels.
