“Small Ways to Practice Self-Care in Difficult Times” presented by Headspace.
This video is from Headspace, which is a company that has created a meditation app. Like a lot of Headspace’s content on their app, this video is a calm narration set to a simple animation, and was filmed in recent months, so it suggests ways to practice self-care in times of COVID, such as meditating, or emphasizing exercise and sleep. I find this video relaxing to listen to, and easy to relate to.
