Maangchi is a great website for learning how to cook Korean cuisine. Maangchi has tons of recipes of how to cook various Korean dishes, and also provides instructional videos that walk you through the cooking process. Maangchi also runs a YouTube channel under the same name, and has published a cookbook.

America’s Test Kitchen is a great resource for cooks of all abilities and interests. In addition to providing informative recipes, America’s Test Kitchen also provides equipment reviews, a YouTube channel with recipe demonstrations, several cookbooks, and a podcast.
Audible
Audible is a source for audio books. Offered as a subscription service, Audible offers a huge amount of audio books available for download. Offering a different format than conventional books, audio books allow for listening to a book while engaged in another task such as walking or exercising, and provide another way to engage with literature.

This is a fun idea for those of us who may be relying on Zoom (or other video chat platforms) right now to connect with family or friends who do not live in our immediate household. This is an article/recipe for making a quick and easy protein shake/smoothie that is nutritious, filling, and tasty and a great way to ensure you are getting all your vitamins! I like to use: unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein powder, spinach (you cannot taste it so put lots of this in!), frozen strawberries and blueberries, chia seeds, some almonds, a little bit of plain Greek yogurt, and just a touch of cinnamon. “FamilyWall: The family assistant app”
Keeping organized is one of the things that contribute most heavily to my self-care. If I know what I am doing and when I need to do it without having to try remember it all it decreases my stress exponentially. This app gives you a calendar that you can sync with others, a timetable to organize your day, a private messaging board, a family board, a photo gallery, a recipe section where you can import or create recipes, a meal planner to plan out our meals/recipes for the week, a list function for groceries and other lists, contact lists, and a location tracker. It has everything to stay organized and on top of household needs as well as schoolwork. It is available on both Apple and Android and accessible by computer browser.
