This resource guide is a collaborative document written by CSSA Ecampus Transitions course students and includes two parts:

- Part 2: Self-Care Resources.
This resource guide is the culmination of some of the work from the class tied to the following two course learning outcomes:
- Identify support you might need during the CSSA program and create a plan for self-care.
- Create individual and collaborative work that reflects thoughtfulness, intentionality, and respect
