Il lavoro delle classi 2^ A IC San Giovanni di Trieste e 2^ B IC Via Bravetta di Roma è una raccolta di esperienze didattiche riguardanti il cibo documentate attraverso testi, foto, video, file audio e disegni:

IERI, attraverso i racconti di nonni e genitori, di piatti tradizionali;

OGGI, attraverso le sensazioni dei bambini e le loro esperienze quotidiane: il sondaggio sulle abitudini alimentari, il cibo sprecato, la preparazione di alcune ricette, il cibo nell’arte, nei film;

FUTURO, attraverso i disegni di pietanze che sono il frutto della loro fantasia.

Journey through the flavors of the earth: yesterday, today and tomorrow.
The work of the classes 2 ^ A IC San Giovanni of Trieste and 2 ^ B IC Via Bravetta of Rome is a collection of educational experiences regarding the food documented through texts, photos, videos, audio files and drawings:
1. YESTERDAY, through the stories of grandparents and parents, of traditional dishes;
2. TODAY, through the feelings of children and their daily experiences: the survey on eating habits, food waste, the preparation of some recipes, the food in the art, in the movies;
3. FUTURE, through the drawings of dishes that are the product of their imagination.
