I would like to acknowledge the use of artificial intelligence tools during the development of this book. AI supported my writing process by helping refine language, improve clarity, and generate ideas for organizing the overall structure of the chapters. All reflections, experiences, examples, and insights are based on my own professional experience as a Learning Experience Designer.

I also acknowledge the influence of Quality Matters (QM) in shaping my understanding of online course design and quality assurance. My QM journey, including earning certification as a Peer Reviewer and then as a Master Reviewer, provided the foundation for many of the concepts and practices shared in this book.
