These selections are taken from the chapters “The Tao Part I” and “The Tao Part II” from South and East Asian Philosophy Reader edited by Noah Levin.
The following readings will give us the occasion to consider the nature of reality within the Taoist philosophical tradition. If you’ve read up on the Pre-Socratics, it might be interesting to compare how those philosophers’ rough positions compare with what we can read in the Tao.
In the future, these chapters will be included on this page. For now, follow the link to South and East Asian Philosophy Reader and read or download it from their Google Drive folder link to the PDF.
