3 Supplement. Effective Virtual Project Teams

This supplement to Chapter 3  focuses on concepts for building strong virtual project teams.  This is a core value-creating skill for professional salespeople.  Not only do salespeople need to be able to coordinate their own internal teams to win business and support clients, they need to be able to help their clients build effective buying centers.  This nearly always involves one or more remote team members– and Covid has only accelerated this.

This supplement to Chapter 3 introduces research from management and practice on effective virtual project teams.
