Chapter Summary

This chapter examines the global business marketplace. It focuses on the process of creating a global business, the challenges that are encountered, and the regulatory systems governing the world market of the 21st century. It was adapted from OpenStax’s textbook entitled Introduction to Business (2018) by Lawrence J. Gitman, Carl McDaniel, Amit Shah, Monique Reece, Linda Koffel, Bethann Talsma, and James C. Hyatt.
