Chapter Summary
This chapter explores social psychology, a field of psychology that examines how people impact each other. It discusses the processes both within and between people, called intrapersonal and interpersonal processes respectively. Intrapersonal processes include how people present themselves, think about their actions and make changes. Interpersonal processes involve concepts of aggression and altruism and, finally, love and attraction. It was adapted from OpenStax’s textbook entitled Psychology (2019).
