Injectable Ivermectin is the most common and prudent deworming method. This is useful because it will treat ectopic and enteral parasites. Currently there are no labeled flea/tick/GI parasite preventatives for pigs. There are homeopathic options described on various pet pig sites. There is also an anecdotal report from a veterinarian that Advantix for dogs can be used on pet pigs per dog label directions.[1]
