SELF-REFLECTION Never Seldom Sometimes Often Always
I am actively engaged in my own anti-oppression journey
I discuss equity issues with trainees
I am actively engaged in learning and applying RJ principles
I consider intention vs. impacts of my words and actions depending on experiences &/or identities of others
I apologize and make corrections when I have contributed to a harmful learning environment
I speak out against racism, microaggressions, macroaggressions
I use gender neutral language when discussing patient care
PROGRAM REFLECTION Never Seldom Sometimes Often Always
Our trainers are from diverse backgrounds (race, language, gender identity, etc.)
Our trainers reflect the diversity of our patient population and of our trainees
We provide opportunities for learners to share anonymous feedback to program
We incorporate learner feedback in an effective manner

1. What opportunities exist for trainers to reflect on their own identities and have those impacted individual learners and/or the learning environment?

2. What opportunities exist for trainers to build community to discuss cases, reflect and improve on teaching, share knowledge, and provide mutual support in the training program?

3. Are there other areas in which the program could enhance its learning environment?
