Los Días y Las Fechas
Capital letters are not required when writing days of the week in Spanish.
When you write dates without the day, “el” must be used.
¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy?
Hoy es (lunes), (13) de (marzo).
Hoy es el (13) de (marzo).
Ojo: Primero or uno can be used to say the first day of each month: el primero (uno) de agosto.
