Dear Me – Step 1
Begin by daydreaming, an underrated skill.
Before you write, take a walk by yourself or stare out a window without doing anything else. After wandering, respond to the prompt in your Process Notebook.
Suggested Time for Walk: 15 minutes
Suggested Time for Prompt: 5 minutes
This mind-wandering break can be short. Five minutes for a walk is fine. So is an hour. Just don’t listen to music or look at your phone while wandering.
