2012

  • Colorado (1 oz. usable; 6 plants with no more than 3 mature; 1 oz. hash/concentrates)

2014

  • Alaska (1 oz. usable; 6 plants with no more than 3 mature)
  • District of Columbia (2 oz. usable; 6 plants with no more than 3 mature)
  • Oregon (1 oz. usable in public; 8 oz. homegrown usable at home; 4 plants; 16 oz. solid marijuana-infused; 72 oz. liquid infused; 1 oz extract at home of hash/concentrates)

2016

  • California (1 oz. usable; 6 plants; 8 grams hash/concentrates)
  • Maine (2.5 oz usable; up to 15 plants with no more than 3 mature; 5 g hash/concentrates)
  • Massachusetts (1 oz. usable; 6 plants; 5 g concentrates)
  • Nevada (1 oz. usable; 6 plants; 3.5g hash/concentrates)

2018

  • Michigan (2.5 oz. usable; 12 plants; 15 g concentrates)
  • Vermont (1 oz. usable; 6 plants with no more than 2 mature; 5 g hash)

2019

  • Illinois (1 oz. usable; 5 g hash/concentrates)
