B | Student Policies: Rights, Rules and Regulations

As a member of the Bucks County Community College community, you have certain rights and responsibilities regarding your relationship with your peers, your professors, and the College. The rules, regulations, and polices are intended to foster an environment of mutual respect for you and your fellow students and to enhance the educational environment at Bucks.

Why are the Bucks Policies: Rights, Rules and Regulations important?

  • Violation of certain campus regulations can result in fines which left unpaid can prevent you from registering for the next semester.
  • Certain behaviors can result in you being removed from the class.
  • If you’re not aware of academic regulations, you could be dismissed from the college or lose your financial aid.
  • The information that you learn now will prevent misinformation and confusion later.
