Seamless Learning at a Critical Time

This book comes at a critical time. In the last few years, we have witnessed unprecedented disruption to education across the globe. I worked with UNESCO as we reported the first numbers from the Covid-19 pandemic at 290 million students. This was only the tip of the iceberg. Technology has been a tool widely used to support bridging the physical gap between students and teachers. The use of technology was not always effective, useful, or easy, and a seamless approach is needed.

The authors of this book are well-recognized education technology experts from a variety of countries, cultures, and settings.  The mEducation Alliance should be commended for bringing together this group to examine seamless learning through a mixed-methods analysis. This is an important book for those seeking a well-rounded, international look at education technology during the pandemic.
