Mr. Foster was admitted for total knee replacement three months ago. He has now returned to the ER c/o generalized weakness x 2 weeks and palpitations this morning. He has a history of hyperlipidemia and hypertension. He has been taking Atorvastatin 20 mg po daily, Fish Oil 1 capsule po daily, Lisinopril 10 mg po daily, Coumadin 2.5 mg po daily, and Atenolol 25 mg po q hs. Allergic to Codeine. Full code.
