Use the Shared Network Plugin
The Pressbooks Shared Network plugin provides tools for managing Pressbooks networks shared by multiple institutions. It allows for associating books and users with institutions and assigning institutional managers to manage their own institution within the network.
Institutional managers have similar admin permissions to those of network managers, but only for books and users belonging to their institution. Along with managing their own books and users, they are also able to view and download stats for books and users from their institution.
