October 2016 Stage III invasive ductal carcinoma, ER, PR -, HER 2 + ;8 rounds TCHP, February 2017 axillary node dissection

September  2016 – October 2017 Herceptin Perjeta cycle every three week

April-May 2017 Radiation x 25 treatments

September 2017 Dexa Scan: osteopenia

August 2017 prophylactic salpingo-oophorectomy

August 23 2018 Stage IV mets to brain and bone.

October 2018-February 2021 Herceptin cycle every three weeks
