Explanation
As there are two groups of authors we separate them with a comma and an ampersand in the author position. In the print edition, the author and the publisher are the same so we omit the publisher position.
In the online edition write the complete URL http://www.corestandards.org/Math/Content/K/introduction at the end of the reference list entry.
