CORE READINGS

Section Overview

The first sections of this book constitute the “core readings.” These are chapters originally prepared as resources and activities for participants in my instructional design, educational technology, and digital accessibility courses. They have been organized into the following themes:

  • Power Learning Resources for Meeting Basic Digital Accessibility Standards
  • Assessing and Supporting Accessibility
  • ALT ID: Sharing Additional Instructional Design Resources

Critical Analyses Chapters

The subsequent sections of this book include chapter contributions by participants in my courses. Each chapter was created as part of a major course project, and has undergone blind peer review using “audit checklists” created as an in-course activity, before final revisions were submitted for publication. The intent is for this book to be a “living text,” with ongoing contributions from participants in future courses.

Downloadable copies of this eBook (in ePUB and PDF format) will be made available in sections, including the Core Readings, and Critical Analyses volumes to be released after each of my course offerings.
