In this section, we will explore “How” we can advance Accessible Education in our teaching and learning contexts through the adoption of four key approaches: Flexibility, Alignment, Variety, and Explicitness (FAVE).

These FAVE keywords have been derived from accessibility-supporting principles of (1) Constructive Alignment and (2) Universal Design, which will be described further in subsequent pages.
