The surprising fact is that on the issues of child protection and forced adoption, EU law – and even UK law to some extent – is quite reasonable.

If it were applied in practice, then most of the cases we have covered in this book, which are just the tip of the iceberg, would not exist as “cases”.

However, we have to ‘mind the gap’ between:

• the law and its enforcement by Police
• the law and its implementation by the Courts
• the noble intentions and the often very dubious – if not criminal – actions of judges who clearly operate above and beyond the law, without following the practice guidance of their President in the Family Courts and the Court of Protection.

Why would there be a Campaign for Truth and Justice with a banner “Judiciary Guilty of Criminal Acts”, if everything was fair and just?
