Also not Brennan’s predictions.

Several sources tell Cockburn that the Special Counsel has indeed completed his report. It is said to recommend indicting three of President Trump’s children – Don junior, Ivanka and Eric – as well as his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. The Attorney General, William Barr, is said to have ‘silently assented’ to this. It’s also claimed that Mueller wants President Trump himself to be indicted. Barr is said to oppose this. The two men met on Friday but apparently could not agree and this was the reason for the delay in any announcement from the DoJ. At least this is what the sources say.

This is different from the story yesterday, which was that Mueller would ‘make the case for collusion’. It is different from what the former CIA director, John Brennan, said on Lawrence O’Donnell’s show on MSNBC this week. He thought that the children would be indicted and (like Cockburn) that it would happen on Friday. He also thought that the issue of Russia would be ‘addressed’ by Mueller with further indictments.

Richard Blumenthal said something similar the other night on Chris Matthews-‘Mueller is not done, more indictments are coming.’

https://spectator.us/mueller-vs-barr-and-the-battle-to-indict-trump/

Certainly without the presumed sources of ‘Cockburn’ or the for that matter Senator Blumenthal’s own sources, I’ve also predicted their will be indictments based on  the fact that everything that Mueller has done suggests he’s not just after ‘process crimes’-though that’s why the GOP impeached Clinton and why Nixon resigned before he was impeached and convicted-he’s after Russian Collusion Conspiracy and Coordination.

Way back on October 31, 2017 Trump’s flacks at the Russia House were all set to dismiss the expected conviction of Manafort as a ‘mere process crime that has nothing to do with collusion and nothing to do with the President.’

Mueller anticipated this and threw the Russia House a major curve-Papadopoulos’ indictment that was clearly related to the issue of Collusion Conspiracy and Coordination.

Then came the indictments of the 13 Russian nationals in 2018 for what conspiracy and coordination. It’s very plausible that Mueller went after the Russians-who of course, likely can’t be convicted, unless they made the mistake of traveling to the US or another a country friendly to the US-which are numerous so they are kind of grounded-but this set the groundwork that Conspiracy happened-Mueller deliberately deferring to much later the much more heated question of Americans found Coordinating with the Conspiracy

A few months back in October, 2018 the news was about how Mueller was interested and focused on the actions of late GOP operative-who had deep connections to the Trump campaign, particularly via Michael Flynn; though also potentially via Joseph Schmitz, who was on Trump’s NatSec campaign team alongside Papadopoulos and Carter Page. Smith had sent Flynn and other top Trump campaign senior aides-including Bannon who was then the campaign director-an email discussing his plan to pay Russian hackers to find Clinton’s emails and talk to Wikileaks.

The reporting on Smith has gone dry the last few months-which no doubt will lead the MSM to infer it’s a dead lead, it’s the Ostrich Fallacy the (not so) smart set has employed throughout out Russiagate. If there’s no reporting on it clearly there’s nothing there forgetting that if there’s no reporting this pleases Mueller who doesn’t want public sources to know everything he knows.

But what has taken the place of the Peter Smith story in the media is all the communications between Roger Stone and Jerome Corsi-and Stone and the Trump campaign- which demonstrate Stone sent Corsi to find out what else Assange had on July 25, 2016-Cohen revealed in his testimony that Stone had also given Trump advanced information of the first Wikileaks dump of the DNC emails; however Stone had told Trump he’d spoken to Assange directly in this case. On August 2, 2016 Coris emailed Stone back and revealed Wikileaks would next Podesta’s emails in October.

We also have the emails between Stone and the Trump campaign-a senior aide-Manafort?-directed Stone on July 23, 2016-which ‘just happened to be’ the day the DNC emails were dumped; note that on the same day Corsi gave the dirty details on the Podesta emails-August 2-Manafort had his potentially treasonous dinner at the Cigar Club with the Russian GRU operative, Konstantin Kilimnik in a dinner that they discussed ‘innocent’ subjects like, probably the weather, along with Wikileaks leaking the DNC emails, Russian sanctions, and Manafort handing Kilimnik-again a Russian intel operative from GRU that in the indictments of the Russian nationals is accused of being behind the hacks-75 pages of detailed polling data.

I’m sure that has like a ‘totally innocent explanation.’ It sure ‘doesn’t prove collusion and is nothing to do with President Trump.’

FN: See I saved our friends in the MSM the time in reaching out to Sarah Huckabee Sanders for ‘the President’s’ reaction. That’s what he and his flacks would say. And I mean sure it was only Trump’s then campaign manager giving over campaign polling data to a GRU operative. What could be more innocent than that?

Then in October after the dump of Podesta’s emails, Roger Stone received an email from Manafort’s replacement-Steve Bannon-with the words ‘well done.’

As for ‘but did the President know?’ I think just logically you have to assume yes. Trump’s a micro manager-of course, no one used logic in Bridgegate which is why Christie’s flacks went to prison for his own dirty deeds.

The MSM is also not big on logic-certainly they are very timid in presuming anything unless the subject is Hillary Clinton.

But we also have reporting that makes it clear Roger Stone was in regular contact not just with top campaign aides but Trump himself. We also now have Cohen’s own testimony that he overheard Stone tell Trump about the first dump of the DNC emails in July a few days before they were dumped in time to sabotage the DNC.

For that matter we have ‘Russia, if you’re listening’-and the fact that on the same evening Russian hackers started trying to hack Clinton’s office.

What this fact pattern between Stone, Corsi, senior aides in the Trump campaign, and Trump himself clearly establish is Russian Collusion Coordination.

Meanwhile the intent of Peter Smith who also shared his plans with the senior brass of the campaign amounts to a Conspiracy to Commit Computer Crimes.

If he actually carried it out and the emails he received after the Podesta email dump referencing ‘happy student who got their money’ suggests he did-the students can be read as the hackers.

If the Trump campaign actually worked with the hackers to obtain the emails then you have to be particularly obtuse to still believe the the denials of Trump and his GOP co-conspirators-the words of both being nothing but garbage.

Again, Blumenthal who definitely has sources is clear-Mueller is not done there are more indictments. This is wholly logical because as I detailed above everything Mueller has done signals that he takes the central part of his mission-figuring out wether there was Russia Coordination and Conspiracy-very seriously and has been methodically building a case beyond the fact that there is all this public information that has yet to make it into his indictments-some of which is probably in there among all the thick redactions.

Michael Flynn’s sentencing memo was like much of Manafort’s one long redaction. Indeed, with all the ground this book covers for some time I was frustrated as there is relatively so little about Flynn. But that’s because he’s cooperated so fulsomely-before his disastrous gambit to claim no one told him as former DNI Director that lying to the FBI is against the law.

But no doubt Mueller has asked him and got expansive answers on questions like Peter Smith-Flynn received the email of intent on the Conspiracy to Commit Computer Crimes-and what he knows regarding Papadopoulos and Milan continuing the Moscow Trump Tower deal into December, 2018.

Indeed, the only public information has been about Flynn being a foreign agent-supposedly Mike Pence didn’t know, a frame even Mueller has accepted despite Pence being the leader of the transition-and his lying about talking to Kisylak the very day after Obama imposed sanctions on Russia for interfering in our election.

So Flynn, as the incoming NSC Adviser to Trump was telling Russia not to worry about the sanctions for its interference to elect Trump. And yet the current MSM meme on this-unfortunately even Rachel Maddow asks this question-is why Flynn would like about something totally reasonable like this.

Flynn clearly knew his violation of the Logan Act-one President at a time-would not be seen as innocent at all but rather the Administration Russia elected taking the sanctions off Russia received for helping to elect.

Then there’s all the George Nader-Erik Prince stuff.  We’ve heard very little about that until Prince’s bombshell interview with The Intercept where in contradiction to what he told Congress, he admits he was the one who setup the August 3. 2016 meeting at Trump Tower where they mapped out a pretty complex plan of interference-not just Russia but the Saudis, UAE, QATAR, and Israel.

So that’s another quite possible indictment coming.

Laurence Tribe just wrote a Newsweek piece on how Jared Kushner is the ‘beating heart of the evil and corrupt Trump Administration’

Remember the Russia House allowed the Qatar blockade after the Qatari fund authority said no to Charles Kushner’s huge loan to make up for Jared’s dumpster fire of a deal at 666 Fifth Avenue. Then when the Qatari reversed themselves-no more blockade.

Of course, as Brennan argues it’s pretty plausible that when Mueller is actually willing to discuss indicting Kushner in public that’s the end of the line.

Regarding Kushner there’s so much he’s compromised on. Remember he was the one who suggested to Kisylak they set up a back channel with Russia inside the Russian embassy. He and Flynn then met with VTB bank later in that same December. Indeed, all the redactions in Flynn’s sentencing memo were very bad news for Jared Kushner.

Again the MSM’s Ostrich Fallacy is just to assume that if it hasn’t been reported on lately and it’s not unredacted in a Mueller filing then there’s nothing there. How militantly bad an assumption this is will be shown in the hopefully not too distant future.

For more-as it’s tough to keep track of it all without a scorecard:
