No wonder Alan Dershowitz has emerged as Trump’s top legal defender? Who has more chutzpah than Trump and his flacks?

FN: In Dersh’s latest he’s arguing that the age of consent should be lowered to 15.

Not a great look as he himself has been accused of being a participant of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking.

Just recently Hope Hicks was spotted taking a ride with the illegitimate ‘President’ on Air Force One. This in itself is a potential case of witness tampering-as she’s a witness in Mueller’s probe.

Now Trump wants to bring her back to the his 2020 campaign? I knew he believes the best way to hide criminal actions are in plain sight but this takes it to the next level.

Offering money to a prospective witness in plain sight.

“Members of the administration are urging former White House communications director Hope Hicks to join President Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign, just months after she left the White House, Politico reported Thursday.”

“Hicks, who was one of Trump’s longest-lasting and most trusted aides, joined the president as he traveled to Ohio for a rally on Saturday and briefly spoke off the record with reporters on Air Force One after the event.”

“Her appearance on Saturday sparked speculation over whether she was returning to Trump’s inner orbit. Ten administration officials and Republicans close to the White House told Politico that they are trying to persuade Hicks to the join the president’s reelection campaign.”

Really-they are urging her to participate in what could be a crime.

“I think a lot of people would love to see her involved,” press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told Politico. “She is incredibly smart, talented, and she gets the president. It would be a win across the board for the president if she was involved in any capacity.”

Hicks declined to comment. Sources close to her told Politico that she’s open to working on the campaign, at least in an informal capacity.

Is she open to being charged for witness tampering?

UPDATE: It seems that she had no intention of coming back but slowly Trump is trying to suck her back in-and get her into trouble.

But then this shouldn’t be surprising. Trump is bringing back Brad Parscale in 2020 as his campaign manager.

“Rudy Giuliani would prefer it if his client Donald Trump’s political team would stop mouthing off about the Russia investigation.”

“I wish they’d sit back and keep quiet for a while,” Giuliani, who leads the president’s legal team, told The Daily Beast in a brief interview on Tuesday evening.

“The former New York mayor was reacting to comments by Brad Parscale, the president’s reelection campaign manager, who earlier on Tuesday called for the removal of attorney general Jeff Sessions.”

“Time to fire Sessions,” Parscale tweeted. “End the Mueller investigation. You can’t obstruct something that was phony against you. The IG report gives @realDonaldTrump the truth to end it all.”

FN: The idea that if your accused of obstruction you get to decide if the investigation is legitimate or not and if you feel it’s ‘a hoax’ you can obstruct to your heart’s content is another canard debunked by the Mueller Report.

Note that Parscale himself is a significant person of interest in the investigation. Ie, another, very important witness against Trump and he is going to be the 2020 campaign manager. Yet, as the digital director in 2016, Parscale’s actions have been under great scrutiny in terms of wether he worked with Cambridge Analytica-who it recently emerged, received Clinton’s emails a month before Wikileaks released them.

The question of wether or not Parscale himself received hacked voter information from the Russians in the Trump social media campaign looms large. In the recent Mueller indictments, the scope of the stolen Democratic voter information became clear. Did Parscale acquire this info from the Russians?

And this is who Trump has as his campaign manager 2020? And far from keeping a low profile, Parscale is calling for the end of the probe that he himself is a major witness for?

Of course, Rudy Giuliani himself is highly problematic as Trump’s lawyer on Russia considering he himself is a person of interest in the investigation and a co-conspirator. He’s also a co-conspirator in the other Watergate 2.0 scandal-Comeygate-but I digress.
