SCOOP: Rick GATES has told the House Judiciary Committee he can't cooperate yet because of his ongoing cooperation with prosecutors.

BUT, his lawyer says, that could change "in the coming months."

Apparently they mean to deflate the Democrats’ effort suggesting the response has actually been rather meager-just 8 of 81 having responded rather than impressive-6,000 pages already!
